At Klugo Properties, we have a passion for developing and re-creating historical buildings by turning them into upscale housing, retail, and commercial spaces. Our work goes beyond rehabilitating historic property with more than 20 years’ experience building custom homes and commercial spaces for business or medical uses too. Our properties are built with tenants’ needs in mind. We offer unique apartments and distinct commercial spaces tailored to our clientele.

Preserving the history of local buildings is important to us at Klugo Properties.  Many of our buildings were constructed in the 19th and 20th Century.  We showcase their unique architectural features, which are rarely used in designs today, by fastidiously planning aesthetically pleasing and useful spaces for our tenants with our strategic partners. Klugo Properties’ fundamental goal is to provide the highest quality living and working environments for our tenants.  Our passion for historical preservation stems from the unique opportunity we have to thread these pieces of history, and memories of yesterday, to be enjoyed in upscale, contemporary spaces today - creating a new fabric to enrich the communities we are a part of.

An extensive eye for detail on all levels is the founding principle of the construction and renovation for all of our properties.  We begin at the purchasing level and follow all the way through with the design and construction of our buildings. We have a great rapport with all those who work to design, implement, construct, live, and work in our spaces.
